…somewhere in a small village in Australia a child was born. It was the first winter the outback had ever seen and earthquakes and a solar eclipse had marked his birth. Both his parents died in the same night.

One day, while the boy was playing in the backyard, his grandparents called him into the garden of their house. He ran towards them happily, but they looked serious and so he sat down and listened. „You are Ted Brasko“ his grandmother said. “Your ancestry is a lie. You never had parents and nothing gave birth to you. The day has come now that you're old enough”... And with a smile they disappeared.

As he was falling back onto the grass, gazing into the sky, he felt like being pulled into a bottomless depth, that would be his life from now on. So he closed his eyes and for the first time he could give himself to it all…
